New ORCA acronym listings page

Just for a bit of extra organisation, there is now an alphabetical listing of acronyms featured in ORCA.

Classification

Ad hoc.: acronym has no real bearing on what the acronymn stands for.
Post hoc.: contrived in an ad hoc fashion but extra meaning has since been painfully squeezed from the acronymn.
Pre hoc.: acronym successfully contrived to a relevant word.
Metanym: includes another acronym within its expansion.
Recursive: contains itself within its expansion.
Backronym: retroactively inventing an acronym to fit a pre-existing word.
Intranym: a pseudo-acronym that breaks the rules and uses internal letters.
